2. What data we collect

Only what you voluntarily provide in one of the two forms on this website, the contact form and the gap map download form, which only asks for an email address:

• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number, if you choose to give it (optional field)
• Number of machine families you manufacture
• Whether you have an up-to-date technical file
• The advertising campaign and the search term you arrived from, if you arrived from an ad. They are source labels, not identifiers of you.

We do not collect special categories of data, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision making.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare the scope review call and, where appropriate, send you a proposal. If you used the download form, also to deliver the resource you asked for. Only if you tick the specific box will we write to you later in connection with that resource and with the Regulation, for example to remind you that we are available or to propose the free 20-minute review: it is a separate box, optional and not ticked by default, and access to the resource does not depend on it. We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not build profiles and we do not pass your email address to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) where the enquiry leads to a proposal. Delivery of the downloadable resource rests on that same consent. Later commercial contact has its own separate consent, which you may withhold without losing access to the resource and withdraw at any time afterwards.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry is active and, afterwards, for a maximum of twelve months, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (for example, tax obligations arising from an invoice). If you only downloaded a resource, the same twelve-month period counted from the download. You may request deletion sooner.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@normach.eu. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Visit measurement uses Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect identifiable personal data. If you arrive from an ad, we record the originating campaign and search term in aggregate form, never linked to an individual.
